This recipe is diabetic friendly and gluten free. It's one of my kids favorites.

Steps:
- 1. Place chicken in shallow roasting pan. Stir together all other ingredients. Pour over chicken.
- 2. Add sliced Lemons if desired. Cover dish with foil or lid and bake at 325 F for 40 minutes or until fork tender and juices run clear.
- 3. If chicken needs some color remove lid and place under broiler until golden. This should only take a minute or two. Enjoy!
