Lemon Delight image

This recipe can be made with Instant Lemon Pudding/Pie Mix; Chocolate Pudding/Pie Mix; Vanille Pudding/Pie Mix; Butterscotch Pudding/Pie Mix.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c. - butter
1/2 c. - powdered sugar
2 c. - all purpose flour
1 c. - walnuts or pecans
1 large - box of instant pudding/pie mix any flavor
1 large - tub cool whip

Steps:

  • Mix butter, powder sugar, flour, and nut together; press into 9.13 pan. Bake for 20 min., let crust cool.
  • mix pudding/pie mix according to pkg., directions. pour over crust; top with cool whip; if prefer top cool whip with crushed nuts (optional).
  • put in frig to cool (overnight) this is a great dessert to serve also at christmas time.
