LEMON CURD SALAD DRESSING image

1 tblsp lemon curd
2 tblsp rice vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/3 C EVOO

Steps:

  • Combine lemon curd, vinegar and mustard using whisk. Whisk in EVOO in slow steady stream and season with NaCl and Pepper to taste.
