Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup image

My daughter came home from school for spring break with a cold. I wanted to make her a quick chicken noodle soup. This one is quick and easy but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen!

Number Of Ingredients 9

32 oz box chicken broth
1/2 c carrots, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
small bag of egg noodles
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup, fat-free
2 c cooked chicken, cubed (i bought a roasted chicken from the store and used that)
1 pt fat-free half and half
1 pkg dry ranch seasoning mix

Steps:

  • 1. Bring chicken broth, carrots, onions and celery to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook in the broth until noodles are tender.
  • 2. Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken, half and half, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine and cook until heated through.
