Another unusual cold drink found in the 2008 cookbooklet Taste of Home Smoothies & Other Beverages.

2 cups 2% low-fat milk
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
3 cups lemon sherbet, slightly softened

Steps:

  • Combine milk & cream cheese in blender & process until smooth.
  • Add sherbet & process until smooth.
  • Pour into chilled glassed & serve.
