Steps:
- Cut cold baked potatoes into cubes. Place bacon fat, whatever amount you care to use in skillet and heat to melt. Add cubed potatoes, season and cook on med high to brown. Once browned nicely, add grated cheddar and cotjia cheese. Also add cilantro and jalapenos and stir to combine. Eat and enjoy, then go for a major jog!!
- I use Mrs. Dash original blend seasoning on many, many things I cook, even the unhealthy dishes because I love the flavor.
