Steps:
- Place potatoes, onion, pepper, and garlic in bottom of slow cooker. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken breast on top of vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and a dash of chili powder.
- Cover with lid and cook on LOW 6 - 8 hours, or until the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165˚F. (If chicken is frozen, cook 7 - 9 hours.) Stir in BBQ sauce and serve once BBQ sauce heats up.
