BRAISED CHICKEN image

4 Thighs
4 Drumsticks
1 Cup Chicken Broth
3 Gloves Garlic
6 pcs of Anchovies(2 oz can)
Rosemary or Italian Seasoning
1 Cup Red Wine
6 Plum Tomatoes(Peeled)
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Steps:

  • Brown chicken parts well and set aside.In food processor, blend together broth,garlic,anchovies and seasoning.Deglazed skillet with chicken broth mixture.Add chicken parts,wine and tomatoes. Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes in oven at 350 degrees or on stove top.Remove chicken and reduce liquids to serve as a sauce.
