4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1.5 pounds)
1 10z can of cream of chicken soup
5 tbsp dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Chicken in shallow 1.5 qt baking dish. Spread mixture over chicken, cover. Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes.
