Steps:
- 1. Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream together. Spread in shallow pie plate or round serving dish.
- 2. Spread cocktail sauce on top of cream cheese mixture.
- 3. Cover cocktail sauce with chopped cooked shrimp.
- 4. Next cover shrimp layer with shredded cheese. Then add chopped scallions and last, chopped tomato.
- 5. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least two hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
