3 -4 stalks lemongrass, peeled
sugar or sugar syrup, to taste

Steps:

  • Place lemongrass in a small 2-cup teapot.
  • Pour boiling water over lemongrass and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot as an after-dinner tisane with sugar to taste.
