Layered Italian Pasta Salad image

Toss this delicious layered pasta salad just before serving to make sure everyone gets a taste of the delicious Italian-style ingredients.

1 box (16 oz.) rotini pasta
1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 green pepper, sliced
1 cup turkey pepperoni, cut into quarters
8 oz. KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 Tbsp. parsley

Steps:

  • COOK and drain pasta according to directions on box, rinse with cold water.
  • CHOP all vegetables, pepperoni and cheese.
  • LAYER one-third of the pasta in a 4 quart bowl, top with Pepperoni, Tomatoes, Peppers, Green Onions and Olives.
  • SPRINKLE with 1 tablespoon seasoning blend.
  • REPEAT layers 2 times.
  • TOP with cubed KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese and KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.
  • COMBINE Vinegar, Water, Oil and Italian Seasoning packet in GOOD SEASONS Cruet Kit. Shake well.
  • POUR Italian Dressing over Salad.
  • COVER with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Toss gently just before serving.
  • STORE leftovers in refrigerator.
