Steps:
- Cook and stir bacon in small skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Return bacon to skillet; stir in mustard.
- Cut cream cheese horizontally in half with sharp knife; place bottom half on plate. Top with half the onion mixture. Repeat layers.
- Top with cranberry sauce.
