Number Of Ingredients 15

1.5 pounds ground beef
1 units eggs
1 cups bread crumbs
1 teaspoons salt
0.25 teaspoons pepper
0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
1.5 teaspoons dried mustard
0.333333333333 cups onion
6 ounces evaporated milk
1 units glaze
1 cups ketchup
0.25 teaspoons garlic
1 cups brown sugar
0.25 cups onion
1 tablespoons liquid smoke

Steps:

  • Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried mustard, and onions into a bowl. Slowly add evaporated milk until well moistened and formed. All of the milk may not be used.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix glaze together and pour over meatloaf.
  • Put loaf into lightly greased pan and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
