Steps:
- Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried mustard, and onions into a bowl. Slowly add evaporated milk until well moistened and formed. All of the milk may not be used.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix glaze together and pour over meatloaf.
- Put loaf into lightly greased pan and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
