Laura's Chocolate Peppermint Sauce image

This is really yummy for pouring over ice cream.

Number Of Ingredients 6

20 peppermint hard candies, unwrapped
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
¼ cup instant chocolate pudding mix
⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • In the top of a double boiler combine the candies, milk, syrup, pudding mix, peppermint extract and salt. Stir over simmering water until melted.
