Steps:
- In a bowl combine both packages of crust mix, melted butter and sugar. mix well and press into bottom of an ungreased 9 inch springform pan. Arrange lady finger cookies around vertically around edge of pan so that the rounded edge of cookies touch the crust. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with 1/2 cup of the milk until smooth. Add both packages of cheesecake mix and the remaining milk. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Pour over crust. Cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Top with pie filling. To serve, loosen the ring and carefully lift off of the cookies.
