La Cubanita's Cuban Rum Punch image

From my favorite Cuban restaurant in Dallas, TX. "Cooking Time" is just time for the drink to chill in the fridge.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 ounces white rum
4 ounces spiced rum, Captain Morgan
1 ounce simple syrup
6 ounces pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix
3 (12 ounce) cans pineapple juice
40 ounces red wine
20 ounces white grape juice

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • When ready to serve, stir and pour over ice in a tall tumbler.
  • Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a straw.
  • Rum a tum tum.
