KRISTAL'S TOOTSIE ROLL COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 c peanut butter ( I used trader joe's better n' peanut butter)
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c margarine/butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 c flour
1.5 c - 2 c oats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c caramel bits
1/2 c tootsie roll bits

Steps:

  • cream butter & sugar, add vanilla and eggs, add peanut butter add baking powder, flour, oats and cocoa add chips & bits they spread a lot so space them out bake ~18 mins at 325F It's a variation of Johanna's monster cookies.
