KOLACHKY - CZECH COOKIE
Steps:
- Mix yeast and sugar together. Then mix all ingredients together. Put in refridgerator overnight. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch think and cut with a 1.5 in diameter cookie cutter or shot glass. Put on cookie sheet and pie pie filling on to center of each cookie. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until puffed.
