Kohlrabi Noodle Sauté (Low Carb, Atkins, Keto) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg (10 oz.) kohlrabi noodles (or home prepared)
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp coarsely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c grated fresh parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat olive oil in pan.
  • 2. Add Kholrabi noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top.
  • 3. Saute in pan for 5 minutes until tender.
  • 4. Sprinkle with coarsley chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
