Kiwifruit and Midori Slushy Recipe - Genius Kitchen image

A very refreshing cocktail !!

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 kiwi fruits, peeled, chopped
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1/3 cup vodka
1/2 cup Midori melon liqueur

Steps:

  • Put all the above in blender.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Add a few handfuls of crushed ice and blend till mixture is slushy.
