Kiwi Lime Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup milk
1 (8-ounce) container lemon yogurt
1 (3 1/2-ounce) box instant lemon pudding mix (4-serving size)
2 teaspoons grated limes peel
2 to 3 drops green food coloring
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® graham cracker pie crust
2 to 3 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
whipped topping

Steps:

  • 1. In medium mixing bowl combine milk and yogurt. Add pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed about 2 minutes or until thickened. Add lime peel and food coloring. Mix well.2. Spread 2/3 of the filling in crust. Top with half of the kiwi slices and remaining filling. Top with remaining kiwi. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until set.3. Garnish with whipped topping before serving. Store in refrigerator.
