- 1. In medium mixing bowl combine milk and yogurt. Add pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed about 2 minutes or until thickened. Add lime peel and food coloring. Mix well.2. Spread 2/3 of the filling in crust. Top with half of the kiwi slices and remaining filling. Top with remaining kiwi. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until set.3. Garnish with whipped topping before serving. Store in refrigerator.
