5 tablespoons kosher salt ( use only kosher salt!)
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons paprika
2 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons dried tarragon
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne ( or adjust to heat level)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge.
