Steps:
- 1. Mix crumbs, margarine, and sugar until combined. Press into 9-inch pie plate or 9-inch square baking dish, put in freezer.
- 2. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cold water and mix well.
- 3. Put Jell-O mixture, cottage cheese and softened cream cheese in blender. Blend on puree for 30 seconds or until completely incorporated, making sure all the cottage cheese chunks are blended with the Jell-O mixture.
- 4. Carefully pour in graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
