I was tired of basic old greens, so one day I started throwing stuff in that sounded good and this was born. I ate a lot of this when I was on my "no salt, flour, il, sugar, or dairy" diet. - 1. In a large skillet, add everything but the greens. Cook until onions begin to soften. Add greens. Cook until greens are desired tenderness.
