Key Lime Cheesecake Cups image

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
zest and juice from 1 key lime
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
18 vanilla wafers

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lime zest and juice in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Place 1 wafer in each of 18 paper-lined muffin cups; cover with cream cheese mixture.
  • Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
