1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup pear, chopped
3 tablespoons cashews

Steps:

  • Place Weetabix in a bowl.
  • Pour yogurt over biscuits.
  • Crush Weetabix with spoon and mix with yogurt.
  • Stir in chopped pear and cashews.
  • You can modify the type of nuts, fruit and flavor to suit your taste. I like to add ground flax for omega-3 and extra fiber.
