Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400. I use a silpat mat, or you can use parchment to line your baking pan or cooie sheet. Set aside.
- 2. To make biscuits, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir by hand. Scoop 9 equal portions of dough onto prepared pan. I use a small cookie dough scoop.
- 3. Bake 15-17 minutes while making sausage gravy.
- 4. To make the sausage gravy, Cook sausage over med high heat in a skillet, breaking up pieces with a wooden spoon. Don't drain. Add the chicken broth, cream, cream cheese and xanthan gum. Stir and cook on medium until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Serve over warm split biscuits.
