How to make KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN LIVERS

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 to 2 lbs. chicken livers
1 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
cooking oil

Steps:

  • Mix flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in bowl.
  • Roll each chicken liver in mixture until totally covered. Heat about an inch of oil in skillet. Fry livers turning often until crispy. Drain and enjoy!
