Steps:
- Cook lasagna noodles, drain, sprinkle with oil to prevent sticking. Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook chicken and dice or shred.
- When primary ingredients are cooked, layer lasagna, chicken, sauce, cheeses, and broccoli, with cheese being last on top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning (not too much though! It tends to over power the yumminess of the other stuff!)
- Put it in the oven until golden brown. About 30-45 minutes.
- I like to use whole wheat noodles in mine, but white ones are fine too.
- You can also make the Alfredo sauce home made if you're not short on time or energy! Start with parmesan cheese, and mix with the cream, over low-medium low heat. Melt the cheese and add garlic and onion powders to taste. I use more garlic powder than onion and it's really yummy that way. If sauce is too lumpy or thick, just add more cream (or milk). Then proceed layering in the lasagna.
