Steps:
- In a large stock pot, cook bacon. Add onion and garlic. When onions are translucent, add celery, sausage, pureed tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, broth, water, wine, oregano, and basil. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir in zucchini, pasta, garbanzo beans, and parsley. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve with grated cheese and asian hot sauce.
