Kelli's Korn Kake Recipe - (5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can cream corn (Use the cheapest stuff you can find.)
1 7oz box corn muffin mix (Again, cheaper is better for this dish)
2 Tbs sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream (Non-fat preferred)
1/4 cup margarine

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Melt margarine in 8 1/2 in square pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into melted margarine. Bake 40-45 minutes or until top cracks and sides are golden brown.
