Steps:
- Press 'Saute' to preheat the cooker. When 'Hot' appears on the display, add oil to the cooking pot. Brown each half of the roast separately. Remove to a platter when browned.
- Turn pressure cooker off and add water and liquid smoke to the cooking pot. Add browned roasts and any accumulated juices to the pot. Sprinkle salt on top of port roasts.
- Press 'Pressure Cook' and set 90 minutes. Natural release.
- Remove the meat from pressure cooker and cover to keep warm.
- Add sliced cabbage to juices in Instant Pot, stir to coat.
- Press 'Manual' and set time to 3 minutes. Release pressure.
- Shred meat, removing fat. Add cabbage to pork and stir to combine.
