Kale Shakshuka image

Number Of Ingredients 11

4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
2 cloves minced garlic cloves
4 cups kale chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt divided
1 cup large yellow onion diced
1 can crushed tomatoes, 20 oz
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6 g eggs
6 slices thick rustic bread

Steps:

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil over medium in large skillet. Add red pepper and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add kale and 1/2 tsp salt and cook until wilted. Transfer to bowl.
