1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup black pepper
1/2 cup paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Rub the mixture on beef, poultry and pork before barbecuing.
