JAMAICAN SEA BASS AND MANGO/BLK BEAN SALAD image

marinade:
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 T jamaican jerk rub
2 T garlic oil or olive oil
2 pressed garlic cloves
4- 6 oz pieces sea bass
black bean salad:
1 large red pepper
1 large mango
2 green onions( 1/2 cup sliced)
1 can black beans-drained not rinsed
lime wedges

Steps:

  • preheat grill to med. high whisk marinade together ( lime juice, rub, oil, and garlic place sea bass in plastic bag with HALF of marinade seal, coat , refridg for 30 mins or less grill peppers and mango on grill pan add beans and 1/4 cup sliced up green onions to rest of marinade grill mango and red pepper and cut in little pieces and add to marinade bowl grill sea bass 3-4 mins down 8-9 mins up
