Steps:
- 1. Cut tomatoes into 1/2" slices, peel and crush garlic cloves, seed jalapenos and cut into quarter inch slices, chop cilantro and include 1" of stem, chop onion.
- 2. Put all ingredients into pot and add salt and cumin. Simmer slow for 45 minutes until all ingredients are cooked and tomatoes are stewed.
- 3. Cool mixture and blend in food processor till pureed.
