JALAPENO

I love Jalapenos - but being on low car diet I had to try to make my own without the breading! If you prefer breading, Flaxseed Meal works great!

Number Of Ingredients 5

6-8 medium jalapeno peppers (cleaned/sliced lengthwise/removed seeds)
8 ounce(s) cream cheese
1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
6-8 slice(s) slices of bacon (i prefer pre-cooked bacon)

Steps:

  • Preheat Oven 375 Degrees
  • Combined all ingredients.
  • Fill Jalapenos with the mixture
  • Wrap a slice or half slice of bacon around each
  • Bake 18-22 minutes or until cheese is bubbling/melted
