Steps:
- Mix corn meal, flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs, oil and corn. Mix well add chopped peppers, onions and cheese. Mix together. Preheat 9x13 pan, grease well. Bake @ 375 for 35 minutes or until brown. You may use canned jalapeno peppers.
