Ivars Fish and Chips image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 cup Water
1/3 c + 1 Tbs cup Rice Flour
1/4 cup Chick pea Flour
1 piece Large Egg White
2 tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1.5 pounds Cod

Steps:

  • Combine all Dry ingredients.
  • Add Water and Egg White
  • Fillet Cod into 2 oz pieces
  • Heat up Canola oil to 375 in fryer
  • Dip Cod pieces in batter and fry
