Steps:
- In large saucepan heat butter and oil. Add onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic; saute 3-5 min. Add tomatoes, broth,thyme, salt, pepper, paprika, and rice. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer for 15 min. Add chicken and simmer for 5 min. or until rice is tender.
