Italian Sausage-Potato Bake image

Bring together Italian sausage and ORE-IDA TATER TOTS® for a magnificent Italian Sausage-Potato Bake. This Italian Sausage-Potato Bake is easy, cheesy and perfect for big batch cooking.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb. Italian sausage links, sliced
1 small onion, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Cook sausage in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Add onions and peppers; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with TATER TOTS; cover with pasta sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 40 min. or until heated through. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
