Steps:
- ADD beans and cauliflower to boiling water in saucepan; cook until crisp-tender. Drain. Rinse under cold water; drain again. Place in bowl.
- ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover.
- REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until chilled.
