Italian Lemon Crockpot Chicken image

Easy and incredibly delicious! I just made this the other day, and if I knew how good it was going to be, I would have taken pictures to post

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 Tbsp butter
1 pkg italian dressing mix
3 Tbsp lemon juice
4 (or more chicken breasts

Steps:

  • 1. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray
  • 2. Put butter cube into crockpot
  • 3. Put chicken breasts into crockpot on top of butter
  • 4. Sprinkle chicken breasts with Italian Dressing Mix
  • 5. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the chicken and dressing mix
  • 6. Cook on low 5 - 6
  • 7. Enjoy with your favorite vegetables and potatoes or rice :)
