Italian Fried Seafood image

Such an easy way to fry up a variety of seafood.

10 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 lb mixed seafood
2 c flour
3 lemons, cut into wedges
salt

Steps:

  • 1. Sprinkle raw seafood with extra virgin olive oil. Marinate for 10 minutes and then roll the fish in flour.
  • 2. Fry the pieces in moderately hot extra virgin oil until they are lightly browned on the outside---do not overcook.
  • 3. Drain well and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately with lemon.
