Italian Dog Kabobs image

These no-grill kabobs are made with cheddar-stuffed beef franks, red pepper and green onion, then brushed with Italian dressing before going under the broiler.

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 OSCAR MAYER Beef and Cheddar Franks, each cut crosswise into 4 pieces
1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Steps:

  • Heat broiler.
  • Thread franks and vegetables alternately onto 4 skewers. Place on rack of broiler pan. Brush with 2 Tbsp. dressing.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until franks are heated through, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining dressing.
