Italian Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 pound Small Red Potatoes - diced
2 tablespoons Zesty Italian Dressing
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1 pound Chicken Breasts
3 tablespoons Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
8 ounces Broccoli Florets
1 cup Grape Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425. Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
  • Toss together first 4 ing's and roast for 15 mins.
  • Toss chicken with dressing and season with salt & pepper. Pushing pot's aside, place chicken in center.
  • Toss together last 5 ing's and add to one side of cookie sheet.
  • Roast 20-25 mins until pot's are tender and chicken is done.
