With a nice piece of crusty French Bread and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar you get a whole meal before you know it. If you like you can throw in some celery flakes...

Steps:
- 1. Bring water and potatoes to a boil. Boil for about 3 minutes and add butter and milk. Bring back to a boil and turn off.
- 2. Add onion salt and parsley flakes. Let set for about 2 minutes until it stops boiling.
- 3. Add instant mashed potato's and stir well. Cool for a couple of minutes and serve.
